We have a daily payment cutoff time of 12NOON (Mondays to Saturdays) for Next Day Deliveries within Metro Manila and 4PM for Provincial orders.
All order(s) with payment method of BDO, GCash, Western Union, Cebuana, LBC or MLhuillier which payment has been settled before our cutoff time are immediately processed and sent to the courier at the end of the day.
All PayPal/Credit Card orders that came in before our cutoff time will be immediately processed and send to the courier at the end of the day.
If you failed to settle your payment before our cutoff time, your order will be processed the following business day. If you wish to receive your order the soonest possible, please settle your payment before our cutoff time.
Most of our orders are delivered via local courier LBC.

If you choose BDO, BPI, G-Cash, Western Union, LBC, Cebuana or Mlhuillier as your payment method, you need to settle your payment within the next 24 hours before your order gets queued for delivery, otherwise your order will expire. Please take time to read other FAQ's in this page.
Yes. We give and honor our customers a 7-day warranty. We make sure each product you order is in good condition and is working properly before we deliver it. But in case of a defective item, we will ask you to ship back the item within 7 days after receiving the package as long as the original packaging is intact. We will send you replacement of the item you purchased after we receive the defective item.
Due to health and sanity reasons, we will not replace items which has already been used. We also don't replace items you have wrongfully ordered. Example, you ordered an item and did not like the color and/or the size.
For defective items, please send it back to the following address and send us via SMS or email the Tracking Number of your package.

We will contact you after your order has been sent for delivery and send you your delivery tracking number. If you choose PayPal during your checkout your billing address will appear as your delivery address on PayPal's page.
When an item is marked as "Sold Out", you can find a "Notify me when this product becomes available" check box on the products page. Just tick on the box and fill in your email address and telephone or mobile phone and click submit. You will receive an email or an SMS once the item becomes available.

After we have processed and sent your order(s) to the courier, you will receive an SMS and an email containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your package through the tracking URL we will provide you.
You can also keep track of your order status by using our website through the Check Order Status form found on the left panel of our page. Just provide your email address and order number to see the status of your order.
