We offer FREE delivery for all orders within Metro Manila. For orders outside Metro Manila, Provincial Rate applies. Delivery outside Metro Manila usually costs Php150.00 to Php250.00 depending on your delivery address.
How will you deliver my order?
Most of our orders are delivered via local courier like 2GO or LBC.
Your item(s) are gift-wrapped and bubble-wrapped before being sent to the courier, we also declare them as "gift" or "massager" to ensure that there is no way anyone will know what's inside the package to give our customers the privacy they need.
From then, we will text/email you the tracking # of the delivery.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We deliver nationwide as long as you have a valid zipcode. See list here.
How long before my order gets delivered?
We have a daily cutoff time of 2PM. All order(s) like BDO, Western Union, Cebuana, LBC and MLhuillier whose payment has been settled before our cutoff time are immediately processed and sent to the courier at the end of the day.
All PayPal/Credit Card orders that came in before 2PM are automatically processed and sent to the courier at the end of the day.
If you failed to settle your payment before 2PM, it will be processed the following business day. If you wish to receive your order the soonest possible, please settle your payment before our 2PM cutoff time.
Courier's delivery turn around time:
For Metro Manila , delivery time usually takes 1-2 business.
Outside Metro Manila, delivery time usually takes 2-3 business.

We can arrange LBC or 2GO to have your order(s) picked-up at any branches of your choice.
Do you deliver outside Philippines?
Yes we deliver outside the Philippines but the customer will shoulder the delivery cost and custom taxes for the country where it will be delivered and as long as sex toys are not on the country's prohibited list.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
We accept Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) for Metro Manila areas ONLY with a minimum rate of Php200.00 (to cover for our messenger's fee) depending on your location. To ensure smooth transaction, we will contact you via text/call before the delivery.
We require your availability on the delivery date, otherwise please have someone receive your order(s) in your behalf.

We do accept meet up orders. Meet up location is at EDSA Shangrila Plaza Mall ONLY, from 2:00 PM onwards.

How can I confirm my payment?
If you have chosen BDO Bank Deposit or money transfers (Western Union, LBC, MLhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier) as your payment method, you need to inform us if you have settled your payment so we can begin processing your order. Below is a step by step process of confirming your payment from our website.
If you don't have access to a computer or any device where you can confirm your payment via our website, just call us or send us a text of the confirmation details through our mobile number 09275792384.
What is an order expiration?
If you have chosen BDO Bank Deposit or money transfer (Western Union, LBC, Cebuana Lhuilier, M. Lhuillier) as your payment method, we require you to settle your payment in the next 24 hours. If you failed to confirm your payment within the given period of time, your order will expire and will no longer be processed.
In case you want to reorder the item, just give us a call or send us an SMS at 09175793069 or email us at support@pleasureshop.com.ph to make your order active. You don't have to go through the same process when you first order the item.
You can also reorder your item by logging in to your account from the "Login" link found on the header of our website (upper right beside "Shopping Cart" link) and go to "My Account" page, click on the "Order History and Status" tab and click on "Re-Order" button found on the details of your order.
How can I track or check for the status of my order?
After we processed your order and sent them to the courier, you will receive an SMS and an email containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your package through the tracking URL we will provide you.
You can also keep track of your order status from our website through the Check Order Status form found on the left panel of our page. Just provide your email address and order number to see the status of your order.

I can't seem to find the product I'm looking for, do you accept pre-order?
In case you can't find the item you want to buy from our catalog, you can have it pre-ordered.
Just send us an email of what item you wish to pre-order then we will send you a quote of how much and how long you will need to wait for the product. Pre-ordered products usually arrives withing 30-40 days from the time you sent us a message.
Can I order a product that is out stock?
When an item is marked as "Sold Out", you can find a "Notify me when this product becomes available" check box on the products page. Just tick on the box and fill in your email address and telephone or mobile phone and click submit. You will receive an email or an SMS once the item becomes available.
