Do you deliver outside Philippines?  BACK TO TOP

Due to customs issues, we don't deliver outside the Philippines since we can't guarantee the safety of your order.

Can I have my order picked up?  BACK TO TOP

Yes, just choose "LBC Branch Pickup" as your Delivery Method and write down the LBC branch where you want to pick up your order on the comment box of the Delivery Method page.

If you are from Metro Manila, you can also have your order picked directly from our store to save you from additional charges.

How much will my delivery cost and how long before my order gets delivered?  BACK TO TOP

Metro Manila: 1-3 Business Days
Lalamove/Grab = FREE for orders P1,500+
LBC Branch Pickup = PHP200.00 - PHP400.00
Cash on Delivery = PHP200.00

Provincial: 3-5 Business Days
LBC Door to Door Delivery via LBC = PHP250.00 - PHP400.00
LBC Branch Pickup = PHP250.00 - PHP400.00

Business Days are Mondays to Saturdays except Holidays.

All Metro Manila orders paid before 6pm, will be sent via Lalamove or Grab within the day or the next day.

All Provincial orders paid before 5pm, will be sent to LBC within the day. Otherwise, it will be scheduled the next business day.

If you wish to receive your order as soon as possible, please settle your payment within the day.

  • We declare your package as "Gift" or as a "Massager".
For Packaging:

Do you have a warranty?  BACK TO TOP

Yes. We give and honor our customers a 7-day warranty. We make sure each product you order is in good condition and is working properly before we deliver it. But in case of a defective item, we will ask you to ship back the item within 7 days after receiving the package as long as the original packaging is intact. We will send you replacement of the item you purchased after we receive the defective item.

Due to health and sanity reasons, we will not replace items which has already been used. We also don't replace items you have wrongfully ordered. Example, you ordered an item and did not like the color and/or the size.

For defective items, please send it back to the following address and send us via SMS or email the Tracking Number of your package.

Yes. We give discounts on the following:

1. We offer Free Delivery for orders above P1,500 within Metro Manila
2. 3% discount for returning customers

I'm from overseas, can I send my order to someone in the Philippines? How?  BACK TO TOP

Yes. Just place your order in our website and fill in the delivery form with the delivery address of the person you are sending your order. We will contact you after your order has been sent for delivery and we will provide you the tracking number of your order. If you choose PayPal during your checkout your billing address will appear as your delivery address on PayPal's page. You may also choose Money Transfer via Xoom as your payment method.

Yes, just choose "Cash on Delivery" as your Delivery Method and provide a valid contact number and address to ensure a smooth transaction. The courier will contact you via text/call before the delivery. You should be available during the delivery, otherwise please have someone receive your order(s) in your behalf. If we are unable to reach you, we will automatically cancel your order.

What is an order expiration?  BACK TO TOP

If you have chosen Bank Deposit or Online Transfer (BDO, BPI) or money transfer (LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, MLhuillier, GCash, Xoom) as your mode of payment, we require you to settle your payment within the next 24 hours since the item you have ordered is considered Reserved. If you fail to settle your payment within the given period of time, your order will expire and will no longer be processed.
