Return Policy

We give and honor our customers a 7-day warranty. We make sure each product you order is in good condition and is working properly before we deliver it. But in case of a defective item, we will ask you to ship back the item within 7 days after receiving the package as long as the original packaging is intact. From then, we will either give you a refund or a replacement of the same item you purchased.

Due to health and sanity reasons, we will not replace or refund item which has already been used. We also don't replace items you have wrongfully ordered. Example, you ordered an item and did not like the color and/or the size.

For defective items, please send it back to the following address and send us via SMS or email the Tracking Number of your package.
