DELIVERY INFORMATION

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?  BACK TO TOP
Yes. We deliver nationwide.

Do you deliver outside Philippines?  BACK TO TOP
Due to customs issues, we don't deliver outside the Philippines since we can't guarantee the safety of your order.

Can I have my order picked up?  BACK TO TOP
Yes, just choose "LBC Branch Pickup" as your Delivery Method and write down the LBC branch in the shopping cart page comment box or contact us for your preferred branch.

How much will my delivery cost and how long before my order gets delivered?  BACK TO TOP
Metro Manila: same day or next day 10am-6pm
Lalamove/Grab = P150.00 or FREE for orders P2000+
LBC Branch Pickup = PHP300.00

Provincial: 3-5 Business Days
LBC Door to Door = PHP300.00
LBC Branch Pickup = PHP300.00
LBC Cash on Delivery = PHP300.00

ORDERING/PRODUCTS

Do you have a warranty?  BACK TO TOP
Yes. We give and honor our customers a 7-day warranty. We make sure each product you order is in good condition and is working properly before we deliver it. But in case of a defective item, we will ask you to ship back the item within 7 days after receiving the package as long as the original packaging is intact. We will send you replacement of the item you purchased after we receive the defective item.

Due to health and sanitary reasons, we will not replace items which has already been used. We also don't replace items you have wrongfully ordered. Example, you ordered an item and did not like the color and/or the size.

For defective items, we will pickup the items for Metro Manila orders, for Provincial please send it back to the following address and send us via SMS or email the Tracking Number of your package.

Yes. We give discounts for the following:

1. 3% discount for store purchase
2. 3% discount for returning customers

How can I track or check for the status of my order?  BACK TO TOP
Just login to your account to check your order status or contact us.

1. For LBC Door to Door or LBC Branch Pickup, we will provide you with your tracking number once your order has been sent for delivery. You can track your package here: https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/.
2. For Lalamove and Grab, we will provide the tracking link.
